How do you define a hardcore rap beat?  Is it the sounds you use? The way the track flows? Or…is it the lyrics that goes over the track?  I believe you can make any beat a hardcore rap beat by the song that goes over the beat.

It does not matter what the beat sounds like but if you spit hardcore lyrics over the beat then the song will end up being a hardcore song.  This is very cool and presents a huge opportunity for you to be very creative within the music track.  You can set yourself apart from other artists by using unique sounds that match your style.
